How to enable white-label mode

Replace Mapifyer branding with your agency's brand across reports, client portals, and emails.

Step-by-step instructions

    Check your plan

    White-label is available on Scale, Agency Pro, and Enterprise plans. Upgrade if needed via the Billing page.

    Go to Settings → Branding

    In Settings, click the 'Branding' tab.

    Upload your logo

    Upload your agency logo (PNG or SVG, minimum 400×400px). This replaces the Mapifyer logo on all client-facing reports and portals.

    Set your brand colors

    Enter your primary brand color hex code. This color is used for buttons, accents, and highlights in reports and the client portal.

  5. 5

    Set your agency name

    Enter your agency name. This replaces 'Mapifyer' on all client-facing communications.

  6. 6

    Save and preview

    Click 'Save Branding'. Click 'Preview Report' to see how a client report looks with your branding applied.

Tips

  • White-label mode also applies to client portal URLs — set a custom subdomain to fully remove Mapifyer from the client experience.
  • Clients with the Client Viewer role will only ever see your brand when white-label is active.
