Exporting ranking data

Export raw ranking data as CSV for further analysis or to import into external tools.

Step-by-step instructions

    Open the Reports or Rank Tracker page

    Navigate to either Reports or Rank Tracker in the dashboard.

    Select the data range

    Choose the location, keywords, and date range for the data you want to export.

  3. 3

    Click Export

    Click the 'Export CSV' button. The file downloads immediately with all ranking positions, dates, and location data.

Tips

  • CSV exports include all historical scan data for the selected period.
  • Monthly export quota depends on your plan. Upgrade to Scale or higher for unlimited exports.
