Generating client reports

Create professional PDF reports showing heatmaps, ranking trends, and review stats to send to your clients.

Step-by-step instructions

    Go to Reports

    Click 'Reports' in the left sidebar.

    Select a client or location

    Choose the client or specific location you want to report on.

  3. 3

    Choose report type

    Select Monthly Overview (heatmaps + trends + reviews) or Custom Report (choose specific sections to include).

  4. 4

    Set date range

    Choose the reporting period. Monthly reports default to the previous calendar month.

  5. 5

    Generate and download

    Click 'Generate Report'. The PDF is created within seconds and can be downloaded or sent directly to the client via a shareable link.

Tips

  • White-label plans show your agency's logo and brand colors on all reports — clients see your brand, not Mapifyer.
  • Schedule automated monthly reports in Automations to have reports sent to clients without manual work.
