Generating client reports

Share a heatmap scan or GBP audit with a client as a link they can open without logging in.

Step-by-step instructions

    Open Reports

    Click Reports in the sidebar to open the Reports Hub.

    Choose what to share

    The hub lists the report types you can share: heatmap scan reports and GBP audit reports.

  3. 3

    Create a share link

    Generate a shareable link for the report. Anyone with the link can view it without logging in.

  4. 4

    Track engagement

    Shared Report Analytics and Prospect Report Analytics show views, CTA clicks, and click rate for each link you have shared.

Tips

  • White-label plans replace Mapifyer branding on shared reports with your agency's.
  • Shared report pages deliberately show no Mapifyer platform UI, so a client sees only the report.
