Step-by-step instructions

    Add to Prospects

    From the Search results or a manual scan, save a business as a Prospect. They appear in Pipeline β†’ Prospects.

    Enrich the prospect record

    Add contact details (name, email, phone), notes, and tags. Upload any research or audit reports you've generated.

  3. 3

    Send the audit report

    Use the shareable report link or PDF export to send the prospect their free Google Maps audit. This is your foot in the door.

  4. 4

    Move to Lead

    When the prospect responds or shows interest, click 'Convert to Lead' to move them into your active sales pipeline.

  5. 5

    Track to closed

    Update lead status as you progress: Contacted β†’ Proposal Sent β†’ Negotiating β†’ Closed. Use this data to track your closing rate.
