Customizing AI review responses

Step-by-step instructions

   Open location settings

   Go to GBP → Locations and click the settings icon on the location you want to customize.

   Set business context

   Add a business description, service keywords, and owner name. The AI uses this context to make responses more specific and personal.

   Add response examples

   Paste 2–3 example responses that match the client's preferred tone. The AI will learn from these examples when generating new responses.

   Set restricted phrases

   Add any phrases or competitors' names the AI should never include in responses.

   Test the AI

   Click 'Test AI Response', paste a sample review, and preview what the AI would generate with your settings applied.
