Choosing a reply tone

Set the tone Mapifyer uses when it drafts a reply to a review.

Step-by-step instructions

    Open the Reviews inbox

    Go to GBP → Reviews and find the review you want to answer.

    Select a tone

    Pick the tone before generating. The draft is written to match it.

  3. 3

    Regenerate if needed

    Not happy with a draft? Change the tone and generate again, or edit the text directly before posting.
