Step-by-step instructions

    Review ingestion

    Mapifyer syncs all reviews from connected Google Business Profiles every 4 hours. New reviews appear in the Reviews Inbox.

    AI response generation

    For each new review, the AI analyzes the content, star rating, and business context to generate a professional, personalized response.

    Review before posting

    By default, AI responses go to a 'Pending' queue for your review before posting. You can edit the response, approve it, or regenerate a new version.

    Auto-post mode

    Enable 'Auto-Reply' rules to have responses posted automatically without manual approval. You can set separate rules for positive and negative reviews.
