Reviews arrive in the inbox
Reviews from connected Google Business Profiles appear under GBP → Reviews. Sync runs in the background; use the refresh control to pull the latest.

Pick a tone
Choose the tone you want for the reply before generating it.

Generate a draft
Mapifyer generates a draft reply from the review's content, star rating, and the business context on the profile.

Review, edit, and post
Read the draft, edit it if needed, then click Post Reply to publish it to Google. Nothing is published until you click Post Reply.
Tips
- Read every draft for a negative review before posting — a considered reply can recover a dissatisfied customer.
- A high, fast response rate is a positive signal for the profile.
