Check the keyword
Ensure the keyword you scanned matches how customers actually search (e.g. 'plumber london' not just 'plumber'). Generic single-word searches often return inconsistent results.

Verify business name matches GBP
The business name in Mapifyer must exactly match the name on the Google Business Profile. Mismatches can cause the ranking algorithm to not find the correct listing.

Re-run the scan
Temporary Google API fluctuations can cause incorrect results. Wait 10 minutes and re-run the scan. Compare with the previous result.

Check business category on GBP
If the business's primary GBP category does not match the keyword, rankings may appear much lower than expected. Update the GBP category on business.google.com.
