What each status on a scan means and what happens next.
Step-by-step instructions
- 1
Pending
The scan is queued and has not started collecting results yet.
- 2
Running
Mapifyer is collecting a ranking result for each point on the grid.
- 3
Aggregating
Collection finished and Mapifyer is assembling the grid, visibility score, and revenue figures.
- 4
Completed
The scan is finished and the heatmap is ready to view, share, or export.
- 5
Failed
The scan stopped before completing. Run it again; if it fails repeatedly for the same keyword and location, contact support@mapifyer.com.
